Computer analyse of LBIC pictures
Štencel, Jakub ; Křivík, Petr (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis is concerned with image picture analysis, especially with images obtained by diagnostic LBIC method. The individual defects occuring on solar cells are described in theoretical part, including methods which serve for making referential image. Furthermore, the creation of difference image is analysed, from whom the interferences will be evaluated. The aim of practical part is to focus on generation of algorithms which investigate the defects, and the description of application for program control is described in conclusion.
Measuring of Vehicle Instant Velocity
Štencel, Jakub ; Petyovský, Petr (referee) ; Horák, Karel (advisor)
The theoretical part of this paper summarizes the methods for motion analysis in an image. Inspected in detail are the methods used for motion detection in the image sequences. The practical part is focused on finding the significant points in the image (the targeting reticles on the body of the vehicle) which are then used to calculate the speed of the vehicle.
Delineation of ECG signals using methods combining
Zahradník, Radek ; Smital, Lukáš (referee) ; Vítek, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this work is to study and describe the principles and method of delineation of ECG signals. Learn and describe about method of cluster analysis. In this work was created and described three different methods of delineations of ECG signals. Created algorithms were tested on complete CSE database. With cluster analysis were combine created methods. The obtained results from realized methods and combined method were compared with others known methods. At the end of this work is evaluate efficiency of detection of combined method.
Combination of laser spectroscopy methods for chemical analysis
Holub, Daniel ; Novotný, Karel (referee) ; Pořízka, Pavel (advisor)
The topic of this Master’s thesis is combination of laser spectroscopic methods. LIBS and Raman spectroscopy were chosen for the combination. This combination is applied to plastic identification and separation as a mean to automate sorting of plastic waste. Data handling was done via different methods of computer learning algorithms scripted in R language. Plastic sorting accuracy over 90 % was reached thanks to the combination of chosen methods. This work also addresses some issues implied by combination of two different methods.

Posibilities of Physiotherapeutic interventions in children with cerebral palsy
OHNISKOVÁ, Adéla
Physical therapy plays an important part in the process of treatment of this disorder. Which in this case for life. The objective of my thesis was to sum up theoretical knowledge and information on CCP and on physical therapy of children suffering from CCP. The first task was to set up an overview of options and alternatives of physical therapy for children with CCP. The other task was to work out case reports of two children with the CCP diagnosis. Then a therapy plan, based on the knowledge from the theoretical part and on the patient´s examination, was made up. A combination of therapy techniques was proposed (the Reflection Method of Locomotion {--} a method developed by M.D. Vaclav Vojta, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Basal programmes and sub programmes) suitable for a client with regard to his current state, his needs and abilities. The results showed that combination of methods in therapy is beneficial for a positive influence of motoric skills of a child, improvement of motion in particular joints and for a positive mental condition of a patient This thesis might be used as a set of helpful information for physiotherapists in clinical practice, who deal with CCP, and also as a guide for parents of children with the diagnosis of children cerebral palsy.
